Mobility: Assolombarda is looking for startups for sustainability

(ANSA) – MILAN, 09 JUN – Aiming more and more towards sustainable mobility, not only with the concept of car sharing, but looking at technological innovation to change the urban ecosystem. This is the goal that Assolombarda and the Milan Monza Brianza Lodi Chamber of Commerce are aiming for with the Mobility Conference Exhibition and at “Beyond Barriers – Oltre le barriere”, the event that on October 6 will involve 16 startups.

From 6 June to 3 July it will be possible for startups active in the mobility sector to propose their application for free relating to one of the 4 challenge areas: services for people on the move, physical and digital data security, green handling and safe goods, and green energy. The 16 selected realities will have a dedicated exhibition space for informal meetings with all the guests of the event; but above all they will have the opportunity to meet corporate companies and to interact with investors, companies and ecosystem players.

“Milan, which aims to position itself more and more among the European Smart Cities, lends itself well to being a laboratory for important experiments on the theme of intelligent mobility that must necessarily hinge on digital and innovation. This is why MCE 4×4 Beyond Barriers represents an important moment for our companies and for startups that will be able to get involved to present new ideas and solutions, an opportunity to look at things differently and really focus on a more efficient and sustainable future of mobility “said Alvise Biffi , Member of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi.
