For Ukrainians who, because of the big war with Russia, left their homes and left for Europe, and now want to go back, they will launch a regular railway connection between Prague, Lviv and Kyiv.
It is reported by Radio Prague International.
It is noted that the trains of the Czech carrier RegioJet will start running from June 11th. Passengers will be able to travel without any restrictions.
How much does a ride cost
For passengers with a Ukrainian passport, a ticket from Prague to Lviv will cost 229 crowns (9 euros)and to Kyiv – 639 crowns (about 25 euros).
“RegioJet is responding to high demand from Ukrainian families who want to return to relatives and friends,” said Teresa Ptachkova, RegioJet’s foreign project manager.
Train to Poland
Ukrzaliznytsia has resumed running the Intercity + train from Kyiv to Polish Przemysl. Passengers can book a ticket on the company’s website, as well as in official chat bots. We are talking about social networks Viber, Telegram, Facebook and Apple Messages.
Tickets to Poland can be ordered both online and at the box office, to Austria and Hungary – only at the box office.
