This was stated by the First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Taras Vysotsky in a commentary to American CNN.

According to him, about 25% of arable Ukrainian land occupied by Russia, also rashists stole about 500 thousand tons of grain.

“We expect the harvest to be about 35% less than in previous years, that is, about 30 million tons less, 35-40% less, almost half of last year’s harvest,” Vysotsky said.

The Deputy Minister refuted the words of the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Lavrov, who accused Ukraine of mining the port waters, which allegedly made it impossible to export wheat.
