(ANSA) – MILAN, JUN 13 – Intesa Sanpaolo values companies that have distinguished themselves for having successfully applied gender equality and corporate welfare policies. The event entitled ‘The enhancement of female talent and gender equality in successful business strategies’, live streaming today, Monday 13 June, at 5 pm on the Intesa Sanpaolo group website and on Ansa.it.
The award is given for the sixth year to two SMEs, one small and one medium-sized, which have distinguished themselves for innovative and inclusive development policies, for the ability to enhance female talent and merit, for the development of solutions effective corporate welfare.
The appointment is also an opportunity to reflect and share best practices with testimonials from the institutional and business world. Among others, alongside the awarded companies, the Minister for Equal Opportunities and the Family, Elena Bonetti, the president of the Bellisario Foundation, Lella Golfo, and, for Intesa Sanpaolo, Virginia Borla, Anna Roscio and Stefania Trenti.
