More time available to register cars with ecobonus, single check increased for disabled children, tightening on maintenance in subways, fines for ‘rigged’ e-bikes.

From works to tax authorities, from families to transport, the government launches new measures to simplify procedures e improve services to citizens and businesses. But also to go to the aid of the organization of major events, such as the Jubilee of Rome, whose works are now equated with those of the PNRR.

And precisely on the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, whose measures are the “absolute priority”, the government aims to accelerate further. So far the result is “remarkable”, with 1,101 implementing measures approved by the Draghi government since taking office, explains the undersecretary to the Prime Minister, Roberto Garofoli. But today the bilateral meetings between Palazzo Chigi and each ministry will begin to verify the levels of implementation of the monthly objectives assigned.

The new measures decided by the government come with two decree laws approved by the council of ministers, which also gave the go-ahead to a legislative decree with changes to the code of business crises. The intervention in the field of transport was particularly substantial, which also contained the wait extension of the obligation to wear a mask on trains and buses (measure on standby for airplanes).

“We further streamline the administrative and authorization procedures to accelerate the construction of sustainable public works, resilient to climate change and more suited to the needs of individuals and businesses”, summarizes the Minister of Infrastructure Enrico Giovannini, highlighting in particular the choice of two ad hoc interventions for Rome and Venice as evidence of the attention “to two unique realities in the world, which require investments aimed at improving infrastructures and environmental protection”. For the capital, the goal is to speed up the works of the Jubilee 2025; faster times arrive for Venice for the president of the Authority for the Lagoon.

We also intervene on problems close to citizens such as the maintenance of subwayswith a squeeze that requires periodic reports e fines of up to 500 thousand euros for companies in the event of failure or delay in carrying out the planned interventions; or penalties (up to 4 thousand euros) for those who ‘make up’ bicycles with assisted pedaling, whose maximum speed allowed is 25 km / h (otherwise they are equated to mopeds).

And given the changing times, with more and more rider engaged in whizzing on the roads, the possibility of using is provided bikes “used for transporting goods”with certain criteria for the load plan and a maximum power doubled to 0.5 KW.

The decree also intervenes in the matter of motorway tollsextending the block (in force until the end of June) on sections A24-A25 to 31 December.

A number of other measures come with the decree tax simplificationsstarting from” lengthening of the time required for the registration of cars benefiting from the incentives: the rule, proposed by the development minister Giancarlo Giorgetti, was necessary due to the lack of some production components and in fact brings the terms – in the procedures for the disbursement of the eco-bonus – to 9 months (270 days from 180) for the confirmation of the operation and for the communication of the details of the purchase.

The decree also touches on the thorny issue of nuclearpaving the way for the commissioner of Sogin, the public company responsible for the decommissioning of nuclear plants and the management of radioactive waste.

Finally, there is one in the decree surcharge of 120 euros per monthfor 2022 alone, forsingle check for disabled children.
