EY: Antonelli, in the Bari hub we aim for 1,500 professionals

(ANSA) – BARI, 21 JUN – “This is a beautiful story. We arrived here more or less three years ago and we had set ourselves the ambition to reach about 200 professionals: today we count 500. And here we want to continue to invest, to grow to have 1,500 professionals in our digital hub.

I think it’s a good example of what you can do in terms of development, innovation and growth when you bring companies, institutions and universities together. “This was stated by Massimo Antonelli, CEO of EY Italy and Chief Operating Officer of EY. Europe West, today, in Bari, to present the new collaboration initiatives in Puglia between EY and the Polytechnic of the Apulian capital.

“EY Italia – added Antonelli – is part of a large Region called Europe West which has 25 countries. We want to exploit this great network and open the doors of the Bari hub to this international context. It is a great opportunity for open the South also to an international perspective “.

The press conference was also attended by Nicola Panarelli, manager of the Bari EY Business & Technologies Solutions center, the rector of the Polytechnic of Bari, Francesco Cupertino and the deputy mayor of Bari, Eugenio Di Sciascio. On the occasion it was also announced the expansion of the EY office in Bari and the start of further collaborative initiatives in the training field from next autumn.
