The issue of teacher shortages in Poland is becoming more acute, since at least 400,000 children from Ukraine will go to Polish schools from September 1, which is twice as many as they study there now. And given that the number of refugees may increase even more, the problem of a shortage of teachers cannot be avoided.
According to the local publication gazetawroclawska.pl, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Poland Tomasz Rzymkowski said that Ukrainian classes would be opened, but there would be no one to teach Ukrainian to children.
Therefore, in a neighboring country, it is planned to adopt a law that will allow Ukrainian teachers to workbecause there are no bilingual staff in the country
Recall that in Europe Ukrainian children can study in schools for free. If a Ukrainian child was accepted into a Polish or Czech school, he is not required to attend distance learning in a Ukrainian school. The training time will be counted as a whole, regardless of where and how much the child studied.
