Russian media write about the new law.
The rule will apply to some products
The new document says: “the use of the results of intellectual activity, expressed in goods, and the means of individualization with which such goods are marked, is not a violation.”
That is, Russian companies, without any punishment, will be able to import products into the country without the permission of manufacturers or copyright holders. Such imports are called parallel because at the same time companies legally supply products from official dealers.
