(ANSA) – BOLOGNA, 23 JUN – Winning ‘informal’ channels to enter the Italian employment market: in the last ten years, in fact, “almost one in four workers (23%)” has found employment through friends, relatives, or acquaintances , 9% through contacts established in the workplace. And, globally, “between 2011 and 2021” the so-called ‘word of mouth’ gave rise to “56% of employment”, equal to “approximately 4.8 million jobs” taken away from “overt” intermediation. This is what emerges from a study by INAPP (National Institute for the Analysis of Public Policies), which examines the data of the Inapp-Plus survey, which for over 15 years has analyzed the dynamics of the encounter between supply and demand for work; the study is illustrated today, in Bologna, on the opening day of the Labor Festival, promoted by the National Council and the Foundation for Labor Consultants Studies.
