PrivatBank starts regular payments – who can wait for the money on the card

PrivatBank begins to pay financial assistance from international organizations to minors and teenagers.

This was reported by the press service of the financial institution.

It is noted that the bank begins to make Western Union transfers with financial assistance to IDPs from international organizations for Ukrainians who, due to the war, were forced to leave for safe regions and who, at the time of receiving assistance, turned from 14 to 18 years old.


How to receive the money?

To be credited with assistance from the UN World Food Program or WFP, the amount of which is 2 200 UAHminor Ukrainians must have a PrivatBank card for payments.

This can be done at any branch of the bank; when issuing a card, the presence of parents or guardians is not necessary.

It is noted that the crediting and withdrawal of monetary assistance from such a card is carried out no commission.

“Ukrainians who are 14 to 16 years old, after receiving an SMS message with a Western Union transfer control number, can receive a transfer exclusively to a PrivatBank card in Privat24 or a bank branch,” the press service notes.

Bank customers from 16 to 18 years old can receive a transfer from Western Union through any bank channels:

  • through Privat24;
  • at ATMs;
  • self-service terminals;
  • bank branches
  • by contacting customer support by calling 3700 or using the “Online Help” chat.

Payments to immigrants in July

According to the updated data of the Ministry of Reintegration, as of the end of June, the list of territorial communities from which IDPs can receive payments from the state included ATCs located in:

  • Donetsk;
  • Dnepropetrovsk;
  • Zaporozhye;
  • Lugansk;
  • Nikolaevskaya;
  • Sumy;
  • Kharkov;
  • in the Kherson region.
