Fininvest, to the Berlusconi 150 million in dividends

(ANSA) – MILAN, 29 JUN – The dividend for Fininvest is back with the approval of the 2021 financial statements and also for the shareholders.

In all, the coupon is 150 million, with 93.7 million for Silvio Berlusconi, who holds a 62.5% stake in the holding.

Marina and Pier Silvio (stake of 7.81% each) go to 11.7 million each. Three other children Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi a total of 32.7 million for a total share of 21.87%.

Last year the Fininvest group recorded a consolidated net result of 360.2 million, more than doubled compared to 141.2 million in 2020 and a large improvement also on 2019 (220.3 million).

This is what was approved by the meeting of the Berlusconi family holding, which recorded a statutory net profit of the parent company Fininvest spa in profit of 361.2 million compared to the loss of 27 million in the previous year “which was discounted by the elimination of the recognition of dividends of subsidiaries due to the pandemic “.

The consolidated revenues of the group for the year 2021 amounted to 3,817 million, an increase of 10.4% compared to 2020, “in substantial realignment compared to pre-pandemic levels”. The net financial position of the Fininvest group as at 31 December 2021 (considering the adjustments to the IFRS16 accounting standard) shows a debt of 1,146 million compared to 1,397 million in December 2020.
