Recently, the Russian Duma adopted a law, according to which the right of ownership can be registered for fertilizers.

The relevant bill has been published in the legislative database.

According to the innovation, only after the manure becomes the property of the Russians, they will be able to sell it. However, it is curious that its use in agriculture is still prohibited. To sell such a product in the Russian Federation, you must:

  • issue a waste passport;
  • determine the hazard class;
  • conduct an environmental review;
  • get a license.

The new law equates manure and droppings after special treatment to “animal by-products”. Consequently, the resource can be used to enrich soil fertility.

The Russian authorities hope that the innovation will help create a separate area related to organic fertilizers. Manure from the Russian Federation is going to be exported and used as a raw material in agriculture.

Greenpeace and the local environmental inspectorate opposed the government initiative, as farmers often abuse their position and pollute the environment.

Import substitution not working?

More and more chains and establishments in Russia cannot supply popular Western drinks. KFC, Burger King and other fast food restaurants have stopped selling Coca-Cola and Pepsi.

Business owners complain that there is nothing to replace raw materials. Some metropolitan establishments in Moscow, as well as Rostov and many other large cities of the aggressor country began to offer the population drinks from local producers.

The assortment includes “Baikal”, “Tarhun”, “Duchess” with a taste of metal, beer or tap water. For those who are especially whimsical, they offer ordinary water for money.

Drinks are sold in cups of 0.4-0.5 liters, as well as 0.8 and 1 liters. At the same time, the prices also “pleasantly” surprised the visitors of fast food, because in fact they do not differ from the cost of normal Western drinks – you will have to pay 120-150 rubles (60-80 UAH) for one glass.

Segodnya used to tell how “terrorist sushi” is being sold in Russia, and also wrote why their own people are threatening the “creative” creators of the name and logo of the updated Russian chain with court.
