In July, the fuel situation is much better than a few months ago. The shortage is gradually receding, so some gas station chains present pleasant surprises for their customers.

The editors of “Segodnya” have collected up-to-date information about what limits apply at popular gas stations in Ukraine, and where they were removed altogether.

UPG

From June 30, restrictions on the supply of fuel for drivers at UPG gas stations were partially lifted. If you have a specialized application from the network, you can refuel with local diesel and autogas without any limits.

At the same time, UPG95 gasoline is sold with an application scan of 40 liters in one hand – it is allowed to fill the tank and pour fuel into canisters. But without a mobile application, there are restrictions – up to 10 liters.

WOG

From July 1, all restrictions on the supply of fuel were lifted in the network of WOG gas stations in Ukraine. Members of the PRIDE loyalty program can purchase any quantity of any type of fuel at filling stations.

In addition, network card holders can buy autogas for cash and bank cards at gas stations that sell fuel exclusively by bank transfer.

BRSM-Oil

On June 24, changes were also introduced at the filling stations of the BRSM-Neft network, as supplies of A-95 premium gasoline were established. Consequently, the company has increased the limits for refueling private cars to 40 liters per day for its customers.

Additionally, you can increase your gas station limit if you buy groceries to take home with a loyalty card:

  • from 100 to 199 UAH – the limit for gasoline increases to 60 liters;
  • from 200 UAH – for 80 liters.

OKKO

Since May, more fuel has been sold to one person at OKKO gas stations. Diesel fuel, gasoline A-95, PULLS 95 and PULLS Diesel are sold with a limit of 20 liters per car, with a Fishka card. Autogas is sold without restrictions.

Drivers without a Fishka card are not allowed to get fuel. To get a card, you just need to install the application of the same name on your smartphone.

You can refuel a car three times during the day, but not earlier than 3 hours after the last purchase of fuel at a gas station. Vehicles of the military, public utilities, workers of critical infrastructure facilities are refueled without restrictions with autogas, with fuel cards and coupons – with A-95 gasoline and diesel.

What to do in case of an accident abroad

Unpleasant situations on the roads happen everywhere, even abroad. But the algorithm of actions is generally the same, so if you suddenly got into an accident outside of Ukraine, do not panic, but follow a few simple steps.

Step 1. Call the police and, if necessary, an ambulance. Law enforcement officers will draw up a protocol of the accident and ask them for a copy and a certificate of the circumstances of the traffic accident.

Step 2 Capture the scene of the incident with photos and video. These records will serve as additional evidence for the insurance company. If there are witnesses to the accident, write down their impressions and contacts.

Step 3 Contact your insurance company. Damage to the victim is reimbursed by the insurance service of the culprit, so you should report the accident and them. If the driver does not have insurance coverage, the national Bureau in the country where the accident occurred should be contacted.

If you have a contract for voluntary vehicle insurance (CASCO), you must act in accordance with the recommendations of the insurer’s CASCO. It is also possible to file an incident without the police, if there are no injured or dead – according to the European Protocol procedure.

“Segodnya” also told what the most expensive car was imported to Ukraine during the period of “zero customs clearance”, and also made a test for knowledge of the Rules of the Road, so that readers could test themselves.
