A new service has been launched on Novaya Poshta: how Ukrainians can send parcels

“Nova Poshta” launches a new service for customers to send parcels. Now for this it is not at all necessary to come to the office of the postal operator, but you can simply use the post office.

As the press service of “Nova Poshta” reports, residents of Kyiv, Lvov, Odessa, Dnipro and Poltava can already send a parcel from post offices. From July 18, this service will work in Vinnitsa.

How to send parcels from the post office:

• update the mobile application of “Novaya Poshta”, in the “Create a Parcel” section, an additional sub-item of the place of dispatch has appeared – a post office;
• self-create an electronic waybill for sending in the application;
• pack your package at home, go to the post office with the package, open the created invoice and click “Open box”;
• put a packaged shipment without marking in the cell;
• confirm the download in the mobile application;
• close the cell.

In addition, up to August 31 for clients of “Nova Poshta” there will be a promotion for the cost of sending from the post office. It depends on who pays for the delivery of the parcel: if the sender – 35 UAH, and if the recipient is 50 UAH Sending documents through the post office and office will be at a fixed rate – 45 UAH and an envelope.

Ukrposhta changes tariffs

Since July 1, the postal operator has increased the cost of parcel delivery. Now delivering a parcel in Ukraine will become more expensive by 14%, and within the region – by 13%.

For example, a parcel weighing up to 1 kg within Ukraine, which used to cost UAH 31, will cost UAH 35 after the revision of tariffs, and delivery of a parcel weighing up to 15 kg will cost UAH 75 instead of UAH 65. Also, the cost of the “Documents” service will increase by 14%. At the same time, the cost of international shipments does not change.
