The indicator has grown: who Americans consider really rich

Residents of the United States consider those Americans rich who have an average fortune of more than $ 2.2 million.

These are the results of the annual survey from the financial company Charles Schwab.

Inflation has also forced many Americans to reassess their views. If last year US citizens with an “average” fortune of more than $1.9 million were considered rich, then in twelve months this figure increased by $0.3 million.

Where do you live affects your choice?

It is interesting that people called the highest state if they live in big cities. The “IT” city of San Francisco, ahead of even New York and Washington, became the leader in terms of indicators.

Residents of the district in sunny California are just guided by the fact that fellow citizens can be considered rich if their fortune exceeds $ 5.1 million. While people with 1.7 million dollars are considered with a “comfortable” financial condition.

The American capital was only in fourth place in this indicator – Washington residents believe that the rich should have at least $3.3 million. The cities of Southern California tied for second place, including Los Angeles and San Diego, where the wealth threshold is $3.9 million.

In the Big Apple, residents settled at $3.4 million. The lowest threshold among the 12 cities where the study was conducted was in Denver – $ 2.3 million.

Salaries in Ukraine up to 50 thousand UAH

Despite the war, the situation on the labor market in Ukraine is improving. The number of vacancies is growing, as is the level of average salaries. The highest payment for work is offered at the level of UAH 50,000 per month.

According to the study, they are actively looking for workers in Kyiv, in the west and center of the country – in those areas where it is relatively calm. The leader is the construction sector, the number of offers in call centers and telecommunications has increased.

Specialties in the field of cleaning, production and working specialties are in demand. Workers in the areas of trade and logistics are more in need of offices.

The top ten most popular professions by the number of vacancies are:

• driver – 20 thousand UAH;
• seller – 10 thousand UAH;
• loader – 11 thousand UAH;
• handyman – 9 thousand UAH;
• security guard – UAH 9 thousand;
• seamstress – 14 thousand UAH;
• courier – UAH 22.5 thousand;
• cook – 11 thousand UAH;
• hairdresser – 12 thousand UAH;
• nurse -8.5 thousand UAH.

At the same time, there are professions where a fairly high salary is, for example, a truck driver (UAH 50 thousand), a bulldozer driver (UAH 27.5 thousand), a taxi driver (UAH 25.5 thousand), a plasterer and a combine operator ( 25 thousand UAH). More than 20 thousand UAH per month can be received by call center operators, foremen, couriers, tilers and facade workers.
