(ANSA) – ROME, JUL 06 – The Check Iban service expands in Europe, which allows you to verify in real time the correspondence between the bank code and the VAT number, thanks to the partnership between CBI and SurePay. As stated in a note SurePay, one of the main suppliers in Europe of the Confirmation of Payee (CoP) service, and CBI., The company that develops digital services in a collaborative logic, including those of open finance, have entered into a partnership to gradually offer the Check IBAN service in the various European countries.
Thanks to the partnership with SurePay, CBI expands the reachability of the Check IBAN service at European level. The service aims both to reduce the risk of fraud and to allow the creation of more efficient services and processes, even in the commercial onboarding of customers. CBI and SurePay see this agreement as a first step towards further collaborations.
