Borsa: Milan reverses course, Saipem and Mps fly

(ANSA) – MILAN, 08 JUL – The Milan stock exchange (+ 0.4%) reverses its course while the other European lists move in no particular order. In Piazza Affari fly Saipem (+ 12%), before the deadline to exercise the rights on the 2 billion euro capital increase set for next Monday, and Mps (+ 9%), with the CEO Luigi Lovaglio who has illustrated his project to investors.

The spread between BTP and Bund continues at 194 basis points, with the Italian ten-year yield at 3.2%. Banks move in no particular order with Banco Bpm (-0.4%) and Fineco (-0.2%) while Unicredit and Bper (+ 0.5%), Intesa (+ 0.4%) are up. At the bottom of the main Poste list (-3.3%).

Tim was also down (-1%), after the capital market day. On the shields Leonardo (+ 4.6%). Energy stocks highlighted with falling oil prices. Eni (+ 1.2%) and Tenaris (+ 1.4%) advance, the latter after the acquisition in the USA. (HANDLE).
