The Bank of Estonia has issued a collection coin dedicated to Ukraine and freedom. The proceeds from the sale of this coin will be used to support the Ukrainian struggle against the Russian occupiers.

This is stated on the official website of the Bank of Estonia.

The 2 euro coin depicts a girl as a symbol of tenderness, which, in turn, protects the bird in the palm of her hand. The coin also has ears of grain.

The designer of the coin was Daria Titova, a Ukrainian migrant from Kharkov, a student of the art department of the Estonian Academy of Arts.

The map of the coin was developed by Vladimir Tiger, who also participated in the development of the coin design as a consultant.

Where to buy a coin?

Ukrainian collectors will be able to buy the coin, in particular, in the Omniva online store. Clients are offered 50 cards here at the same time, and a total of 40,000 coin cards will go on sale.

At the same time, the Bank of Estonia is ready to increase the initial circulation if the demand for the coin is higher than expected.

White House coin

Recently, a coin dedicated to the Ukrainian resistance to Russian occupiers on Snake Island appeared in the White House souvenir shop.

The coin is named “Snake Island” and will be the ninth in the “Historic Moments” series and the 34th in the “Historic Moments of the American Presidency” collection.
