Due to the full-scale war with the Russian Federation in Ukraine, real estate prices are changing. In some cases, these changes occur in favor of the buyer.
“Today” reviewed the current ads for the sale of one-room apartments in the Kyiv region on OLX Real Estate and show what the cheapest apartments look like and where they are located.
You can buy a one-room apartment for less than a million
The cheapest apartment in this segment costs $18,500 (approximately UAH 675,250) in Gostomel. Its area is 31 sq. m, and while housing is under construction. Nearby there are all important infrastructure facilities, as well as a park and a lake.
The next apartment at a low price is offered in Irpen. Its value is $22,000 (803 000 UAH). The area is 38 sq. m. This is a new building, the territory is guarded and there is video surveillance, the infrastructure is also developed.
There is also an offer in the village of Nemeshaevo, Buchansky district. The apartment is located in the center of the village, the area is 29 sq. m. The apartment has a new renovation. The price of such housing is $26,000 (949 000 UAH).
In Bucha itself, you can buy a one-room apartment for $26,599 (970 863 UAH). Housing on 36 sq. m is located in a new building, and as the owners note, the apartment has an initial repair: a screed, plaster, heating is divorced, and it is connected to an air conditioner. Now she looks like this:
After all, prices for one-bedroom apartments are already rising in other cities. For example, in Brovary such housing is 36 sq. m worth $51,000 (1 861 500 UAH). It has a repair, the necessary equipment and furniture.
How much does an apartment from a developer in Bucha cost
Earlier, Segodnya wrote that after the liberation from the Russian invaders, people began to return to Bucha and gradually rebuild the city. So, developers have already begun not only to sell housing there, but also to build it.
