(ANSA) – ROME, JULY 12 – There are over 505 thousand hires that companies have planned in July while in the quarter the estimate is 1.3 million in receipts. This can be read in the Bulletin of the Excelsior Information System, produced by Unioncamere and Anpal according to which in July the trend is negative both compared to June (-9.7%) and compared to July 2021 (-5.4%) while in substantial stability was recorded in the quarter. The difficulty of finding is still increasing, concerning 40.3% of the expected hires, about 10 points more than in July 2021. At the top of the figures for which it is difficult to find there are the welder and the melter.

The industry plans approximately 130,000 hires in July (-1,390 hires compared to June, approximately -7,000 compared to July 2021) and 349,000 in the July-September quarter (+ 12.5,000 compared to the same period of the previous year). there are approximately 375 thousand employment contracts that the companies plan to activate (down by 52 thousand units compared to a month ago) and just under 930 thousand those expected for the quarter July September (-14 thousand compared to the same quarter 2021). As regards the contracts offered, fixed-term contracts are 58% of the expected revenues, followed by permanent contracts (16%), administration contracts (10%) and apprenticeship (5%).
