(ANSA) – MILAN, JUL 13 – Session with the bugbear of US inflation for European stock exchanges. In the end, the price lists, including Milan, limit the damage although they all close in negative. Piazza Affari leaves 0.93% on the ground with the Ftse Mib at 21.286 points. Even the spread between BTP and Bund keeps and stores the day below 200 points. The spread is close to 199 points (198.9) with the Italian ten-year yield stable at 3.1%.

Saipem remains under the lens of the main basket, experiencing a new technical collapse (-43%) and closing the unexercised 2 billion increase with subscriptions for 9.9% of the total offer. Overall, the offer recorded 79.9% of subscriptions, of which approximately 44% by Eni and Cdp shareholders. The remaining 20.1% will be absorbed by the banks.

The slowdown of the Iveco Group (-3.32%) which in the meantime sold the joint venture in Russia should also be noted. Sales then on Pirelli (-3.11%), Leonardo (-2.8%). Among the banks there was a decline for Bper (-2.6%) which has the tender offer on Carige in progress. On the opposite side, Campari (+ 2.33%) and Diasorin (+ 1.88%). Out of the main basket, Mps holds (+ 0.16%). (HANDLE).
