On October 12, the Economic Court of the Odessa Region decided to collect UAH 991 million from Tsetekhno LLC, which owns Citrus electronics stores, in favor of Gadget Trading LLC, businessman Gennady Korban.

Korban wrote about this on Facebook.

He noted in the publication that we are talking about a lawsuit against a legal entity controlled by the co-owner of Citrus electronics stores, Grigory Topal.

“The court issued a verdict to the Citrus company. According to the court decision, the company is obliged to pay off its debts almost UAH 1 billion. The Citrus company, which does not pay taxes to its country, optimizes profits and lowers customs declarations, must pay off its debts. otherwise it will face bankruptcy and liquidation “, – wrote Korban.

The reason for the lawsuit was the audit he conducted after he became a co-owner of the company. Korban claims to have identified Citrus’s tax evasion through the illegal assignment of debts without the consent of creditors and the transfer of circulating goods on a free basis to satellite firms.

But one of the main beneficiaries of the Citrus company, Grigory Topal, is simply obliged to hack into his nose that you have to pay for everything in life, and even more so in business. Well, if you don’t pay, then you have to pay. Especially when a person allows himself to throw a partner out of business using an unreliable, temporary roof in the person of the regional prosecutor and the local head of the SBU“, – said Korban.

What they say in “Citrus”

Note that Citrus itself denies that Korban and the companies Gadget Trading, ZT-Invest and Cetrading are related to this group of companies, and call him a raider.

Korban himself says that at the end of February he became the owner of 50% of ZT-Invest LLC. Previously, “the company had two co-owners with equal shares – Dmitry Zinchenko and Grigory Topal. Korban allegedly received Zinchenko’s share.

Stomp did not agree with such a transfer of the share of his ex-partner to Korban. He stated that the acquisition took place “in a hidden way” and had a “half-joke appearance.”

Earlier we reported that Korban presented the 38-meter river yacht “Atalanta” to the City Palace of Children and Youth of the Dnieper City Council.
