(ANSA) – ROME, AUGUST 01 – INPS introduces the new method of granting the digital proxy remotely through the recognition of the identity of the delegator in web-meeting mode (and therefore in video call, without the need for physical access on site) . This was announced by the Authority in a note stating that from today the new service is active in experimentation. In this way it is explained: “the INPS meets the requests of citizens who wish to manage the proxies of digital identity without going to the offices and without the delegator needing a Spid, Cns or Cie”.

“Today, with the web-meeting mode, even all those who find themselves in situations of fragility – such as not having access to online services and not being able to go to the premises of the Institute – will be able to delegate family members or other trusted persons, directly from home “, explains General Manager Vincenzo Caridi.

The IT procedure for bookings at the virtual counter has already been released on the website www.Inps.it. Upon confirming the reservation, the user will receive: – a notice in the MyInps reserved area of the institutional portal (with the details of the reservation, the information on how to carry out the contact, the connection to be activated at the chosen time); – an SMS message with the code to be entered when starting the web meeting to enter the virtual room where an INPS officer will be found.

To access the telematic service it is necessary to have a device with an Internet connection, equipped with a video camera, microphone and any headphones / speakers, essential for the video call mode that will be registered.

During the session, it will be necessary to have and transmit a digital copy of the required forms, including the identity documents which must also be shown in original during the video call.

The telematic counter will be operational on an experimental basis on Tuesdays and Thursdays, for 3 hours a day from 9 to 12. (ANSA).
