(ANSA) – MILAN, 01 AUG – An award of 10,000 euros to the five winning startups and access for all 52 finalists to the Start Lab business platform with specific services developed to support their growth. Thus closes the 2022 edition of UniCredit Start Lab, the business platform of UniCredit aimed at the best Italian “tech” startups and innovative SMEs which, in 9 years of activity, has led the bank to the analysis of 7,000 entrepreneurial projects and ” accompaniment of 500 startups towards growth paths.
This year around 700 applications were received from all over Italy: 50% of the projects presented are in the digital field, while one in three of the selected startups is female-run. At the center of the projects are themes such as the protection of digital identity and biometric data, the preparation of educational paths dedicated to children with learning disabilities and the development of new materials.
