(ANSA) – TURIN, 02 AUG – More convenient and faster security checks at Turin Airport: thanks to the installation at the Fast Track priority passage of an innovative X-ray device that allows the contents of hand luggage to be scanned in three dimensions , for passengers using the fast gate it is no longer necessary to separate liquids or electronic devices. Passengers who have this priority service included in the air ticket rate, or who decide to purchase it on the e-commerce platform of the Airport or directly at the airport using the automatic cash machine, access the Fast Track.
Tablets, PCs and smartphones, like liquids, aerosols and gels (such as bottles of water, cosmetics and food) can now be left inside the hand luggage, instead of being separated in special trays: this will speed up the times for passing through the security gates for passengers who choose the Fast Track.

Located beyond the security checks, in the Boarding area, it will be accessible free of charge for those who need to use the computer, offering 11 workstations each equipped with 2 USB sockets and electrical sockets to recharge smartphones and tablets. There are also many innovations on the car park front: the entire range of official Turin Airport car parks is available online with very affordable rates starting from 4 euros per day and all parking points are accessible through the automatic license plate reading mode.
