(ANSA) – ROME, AUGUST 10 – Signed by the Minister of Labor and Social Policies, Andrea Orlando, the decree governing the criteria and procedures for granting the one-off allowance introduced by the Aid Decree as support for purchasing power self-employed workers and professionals (registered with the Inps Separate Management and private pension funds). The measure is financed from the resources of the Fund established in the forecast of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, with a financial endowment implemented by the Aid Decree bis of 600 million euros for the year 2022, which constitutes an overall spending limit. . The beneficiaries of the allowance, the note from the Ministry of Labor recalled, are self-employed workers and professionals enrolled in the social security management of INPS, as well as professionals enrolled in the management bodies of compulsory forms of social security and assistance for professionals who, during the period of tax 2021, have received a total income not exceeding 35,000 euros. The recipients of the one-off measure, equal to 200 euros and paid following the presentation of the application, must already be enrolled in the aforementioned pension schemes at the date of entry into force of the Aid Decree, with VAT number and work activity started and must have performed at least one payment, total or partial, for the contribution due to the registration management for which the indemnity is requested, with competence starting from the year 2020. The benefit is not compatible with the measures introduced by articles 31 and 32 of the Aid Decree.
