In Poninka, Khmelnytsky region, a house with an area of 45 square meters is being sold for UAH 22,000. Within one kilometer from the house there is a river and a forest.
“Selling cheap. Exchange for a car is possible! Not urgent. Wooden house for repair. Re-registration. Registration. There is a garden and a large land plot of about one and a half hectares of land. All questions by phone,” the announcement says.
In Vinosets, Chernihiv region for 19 thousand UAH. House for sale. The area of the property is 65 sq. m. Nearby access to the river.
“A house is for sale according to a registration certificate, there is a stove, a wooden floor, upholstered with siding, electricity is connected, there is a well, a barn, a garage, access to the river. Near the forest and the Snov River. Chernihiv is 50 km away,” the ad says.
Note that for the same price in a dacha cooperative you can buy a small two-story house without communications.
