Stock Exchange: Milan weak (-0.2%), good for industry and some banks

(ANSA) – MILAN, 02 NOV – The session in Piazza Affari continues weakly (-0.2%), where industry stands out, with the Markit SME manufacturing index which rose more than expected in October. The increases are Prysmian (+ 1.4%), Atlantia (+ 0.4%) Leonardo (+ 0.3%) and Buzzi (+ 0.2%). Among the banks, with the spread at 123.3 points and the Italian ten-year yield at 1.07%, Bper and Mps are good (+ 1.3%), the latter with the situation subject to a hearing by the director General of the Treasury to the Finance Committee of the Chamber and Senate, Banco Bpm (+ 1.4%) and Intesa (+ 0.6%), Mediobanca flat, Banca Generali, Unicredit (-1.1%) and Fineco (- down) 1.8%). Down, like the rest of the oil sector in Europe, Eni (-1.7%) and flat in Tenaris plants (-0.02%), while Saipem did well (-0.6%). Tim is still down (-1.1%), after last week’s accounts. Among the flat cars Stellantis (+ 0.05%) and Ferrari in decline (-1.6%), despite the rise in the quarter. Bene Cnh (+ 0.8%), Campari (+ 0.9%) and among the semiconductors Stm (+ 0.8%) (-4.6%), a drop for Eprice (-9.4%).
