Sellers set new prices for apartments: how much does a “square” cost in Kyiv

Apartments on the secondary market in Kyiv fell in price. Over the past 6 months, the price of a “square” has decreased from an average of 53137 UAH to 49688 UAH – the reduction in price amounted to almost 3500 UAH. For a month, prices also decreased, although not so drastically – by 445 hryvnia.

This is reported by M2bomber. It is noted that the most popular price for 1-room apartments is UAH 41,600 – 8.7% of ads for the sale of real estate are formed on the basis of it.

You can also often meet the price of 39,000 UAH – 8.1%. And besides:

  • UAH 44,200 – 7.7%;
  • UAH 46,800 – 6.6%.

What are the prices for ''squares'' in apartments in Kyiv

The most difficult thing is to find an advertisement for the sale of an apartment, the price of which is formed on the basis of the cost of a “square” of UAH 5,200 – 0.1% of advertisements. In the same price per square meter is:

  • 7 800 UAH;
  • 13 000 UAH;
  • 15 600 UAH;
  • 101 400 UAH;
  • 114 400 UAH;
  • 130 000 UAH

The lowest prices for a “square”, according to analysts, in Desnyansky district – 39875 UAH. Next come:

  • Darnitsky – UAH 44,316;
  • Svyatoshinsky – UAH 47,123;
  • Podolsky – UAH 48,305;
  • Obolonsky – UAH 48,360;
  • Dnipro – UAH 48,832;
  • Solomensky – 49 349 UAH.

The most expensive square meters on the secondary market are in the Pechersk region – 85,070 UAH. It is followed by:

  • Shevchenkovsky – UAH 63,210;
  • Goloseevsky – 56 247 UAH.

How much does it cost to rent an apartment in Kyiv.

Decreased in the capital prices and rental housing. So, over the past six months, it has fallen in price by UAH 174 – to an average of UAH 12,000. Over the month, prices also fell – although almost imperceptibly: only 45 hryvnia.

More often, 1-room apartments are rented for UAH 8,000 – there are 13% of such ads. Also often such apartments are rented by:

  • 10 000 UAH – 9.9%;
  • UAH 11,200 – 6.1%.

As GLOBAL HAPPENINGS reported, real estate experts expect housing prices to rise in Ukraine, primarily in the secondary market. According to forecasts, prices will go up in late March – early April.
