Over the past 24 hours, on March 24, DTEK’s power engineers resumed operation of networks damaged due to shelling for 2.4 thousand families in the Donetsk region.
This was said in a statement.
“During the day, specialists from DTEK Donetsk Grids repaired damage to power grids in 7 settlements of Donbass. Thanks to this, electricity returned to the homes of 2,486 families,” DTEK notes.
Due to hostilities and regular shelling by Russia, a difficult situation remains in the Donetsk region. So far, 108 settlements remain without power supply, where the power engineers of DTEK Donetsk Grids do not have access to work. The company emphasizes that they will definitely return the light to all residents of the region as soon as they receive permission to carry out work from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Let us recall that earlier it was reported that over the past week from March 13 to March 19, DTEK’s power engineers returned electricity to more than 55,000 families in 72 settlements left without electricity due to enemy shelling in Donetsk and Dnepropetrovsk regions.
