Naftogaz turned to collectors and will buy laptops from a novice businessman
The state-owned company will spend almost UAH 800,000 on the purchase of laptops from a novice entrepreneur. For each Chinese laptop ASUS K513EA-L11993 will pay 31.5 thousand. UAH Interestingly, the same laptops were sold in online stores for 29 thousand UAH. At the same time, the wholesale price is directly from the supplier, without the extra charge of the site, advertising costs, store maintenance, etc. should be noticeably smaller. But Naftogaz was not lucky.
The money will be received by a 21-year-old entrepreneur from the Khmelnitsky region. From FOP only last year and during this time has already managed to win tenders from a number of state-owned enterprises, including Naftogaz. According to Youcontrol, Bohdan Lysak earned UAH 5.9 million selling equipment to government agencies. And this despite the fact that he has been engaged in entrepreneurial activities for only seven months and was recently a student.
In the questionnaire, which is at the disposal of GLOBAL HAPPENINGS, the novice entrepreneur claims that none of his relatives is a public person. Immediately after the start of work, the young entrepreneur managed to win tenders in various state organizations worth millions of hryvnias.
Naftogaz collectors and PrivatBank’s tender
Another 882 thousand in Naftogaz will be spent on collectors. Since May last year, most Ukrainians have become clients of Naftogaz, although initially the state-owned company stated that their plans were not to supply blue fuel to all Ukrainians. Naftogaz planned to work only with the solvent and responsible part of consumers (up to 30%), but after a full-scale war, it received all the customers. And now we have to work on collecting debts.
The company “Credit Debt Solutions” must correct the documents (specify the number of employees) and already actually won a tender to work with debtors for gas. Ukrainians who do not pay their utility bills on time will receive calls from collectors from Naftogaz.
The company operates under the brand name Сreditdebt. On their website, they offer clients to search for relatives and acquaintances of their debtors in social networks, to organize “meetings” with debtors. At the same time, companies are expanding their staff: for UAH 8-14 thousand, they are looking for operators who will call customers. The search for personal information in social networks, threats, meetings – the announcements are not discussed.
Another interesting tender was held by the largest bank. Yes, PrivatBank will spend UAH 63 million on Lenovo laptops. A total of 2,848 Lenovo ThinkPad L15 and 701 Lenovo V15 G3 laptops were ordered. Prices are market prices, but Smartcom Solutions will receive the money once again.
Smartcom Solutions has been operating for less than three years. During this time, they managed to win tenders in PrivatBank in the amount of more than 100 million hryvnias. The company won in 99.06% of the lots, almost all of them were produced without competition. The company has a business card site on one page. The owner is Olga Letuchaya, a resident of the Dnieper. Almost nothing is known about the owner of the company that Privat likes so much.
Previously, she owned an enterprise in the Dnipropetrovsk region dealing with fuel, together with business partners. But then she concentrated her efforts on Smartcom Solutions. The contacts of the woman in the tender documents indicate that she is actually doing the job of a manager.
It should be noted that in Ukraine, according to the law, state-owned enterprises publish the results of tender purchases. However, due to the possibility of conducting purchases without electronic bidding, as well as due to possible abuse by the tender commission, abuse is possible even at open bidding.
