Ukrainians in June will receive an increase in pension retroactively. The recalculation was made in April, but pensioners will receive the underpaid funds in two months only in June. At the same time, according to the calculations of the Ministry of Social Affairs, some pensioners can count on an increase in the amount of UAH 1,200.
This is stated in the material GLOBAL HAPPENINGS. We are not talking about all pensioners, but only about those who work and receive pensions. The payment is calculated on the basis of two indicators: length of service and wages. But if the pensioner went on a well-deserved rest and continues to work, his length of service increases and has the right to recalculate.
This recalculation occurs only once every two years. That is, if you continued to work on a well-deserved rest and 24 months have passed since the recalculation (or assignment) of the pension (as of April 2023), from June you will receive higher payments. The increase in most cases will be negligible. Some can receive 100 UAH. more, others – by 1000 hryvnia.
But taking into account the fact that the supplements for the April and May pensions will be reimbursed in June, in fact Ukrainians will receive three allowances at once in June, and from July they will receive the usual increased pension. In total, there are about half a million working pensioners in Ukraine. But not every one of them will feel the innovation. We are talking only about those whose payment was last increased 24 months ago.
