In Ukraine, a five-room house near the sea beach is being sold for 10 thousand dollars: what it looks like

In the village of Tuzly in the Odessa region, a five-room house with a total area of 130 square meters is being sold for 10.2 thousand dollars (376 thousand hryvnias). The house is located just 5 km from the beach.

This is stated in the data of a major real estate portal. The house has a kitchen, toilet, shower. Nearby is an orchard, a vegetable garden with an area of 13 acres of land. “There is a rural beach five minutes from the house,” the ad says. The sea beach is only 5 km from the house.

What does a house by the sea look like?

The total area of the property is 130 square meters, in total there are 5 rooms in the house. The village has a school and a kindergarten. The main problem is that until the end of a full-scale war, settlements located near the sea border are also under the threat of invasion from the Russian Federation.

The house is being sold for 10.2 thousand dollars

Note that a building near the sea in a larger settlement will cost $40,000. At the same time, the village of Tuzly does not have a developed infrastructure and is remote from large settlements.

It should be noted that as a result of a full-scale war in Ukraine, there was a differentiation in the real estate market. Real estate in areas not affected by a full-scale war or only slightly affected, has risen in price significantly. While housing prices in Kharkiv, Zaporozhye and other settlements near the zone of active hostilities are declining.

As GLOBAL HAPPENINGS wrote earlier, one of the smallest apartments is being sold in Kyiv. The size of the property is slightly different from the area of a spacious barn.
