The Ukrainian woman complained about the service at the Oschadbank branch, where she was sold a free service for money

The woman wrote a review about this on a special website “Ministry of Finance”.

According to the client, she issued a card for a resident of Kiev for her husband with a second group of disabilities in Kiev. Oschadbank employees told her that the card costs 70 hryvnyas and the woman deposited the money at the cashier’s desk.

“I was told that it costs UAH 70.00, I paid money to the cashier, but at the moment I just found out that it is issued free of charge, how so? And this money is transferred to which insurance company … why are Oschadbank employees cheating? I want return the money! “, – writes the indignant client.

What did Oschadbank say?

The bank employees apologized to their client and thanked her for the signal, and also noted that they would definitely return the money for the card.

“Good afternoon! We apologize for this situation and will do everything necessary to return the funds to you and prevent such cases from recurring. We are very grateful to you for the signal,” the representatives of Oschadbank wrote.

How to withdraw money from the Oschadbank card without commission

In order to withdraw cash from the Oschadbank card without a commission, it is not necessary to look for their ATM, this can be done at the ATMs of Ukrgasbank and the International Investment Bank.

You also need to pay attention to what kind of card you have. If you are the owner of “Pension”, “Premium”, “Salary”, “Social” or “Arsenal” – money can be withdrawn without penalty at any ATM.

If you have an “Economical” or “Standard” card, you will have to pay a commission in all other banks, except for Ukrgasbank and the International Investment Bank.
