Now the obligation of postal operators to collect the taxpayer number of senders will be removed from the bill on international shipments.

This is reported by “Economic Pravda” with reference to its own sources.

The profile committee of the Verkhovna Rada has already considered and supported the bill №4279.

The latest revision contains the rule that from February 1, 2022, operators must collect personal data of senders for international shipments. That is, the registration number of the taxpayer card.

Ukrainian postal operators strongly opposed such an innovation and said that it could significantly reduce their income.

Now the document will be returned to the committee before being submitted to the hall of the Verkhovna Rada, and this norm will be removed from there.

How will postal operators work in the red zone?

Earlier, in an exclusive commentary “Today,” employees of “New Mail” and “Ukrposhta” said that postal operators are on the list of exceptions.

Thus, to send a parcel or receive it at the department, you do not need to provide either a certificate of vaccination against coronavirus or a negative PCR test.

The rules for wearing masks and maintaining social distance remain in effect.

Earlier we wrote that a client of “New mail” was left without a parcel worth 180 thousand hryvnyas because the department employee did not check the data and gave it to another person.

They also reported that Novaya Pochta had created a new service together with Naftogaz.
