An outraged client again complained about Novaya Pochta, who was trying to transport a rather expensive electronic piano, which was badly damaged in the mail.

The man wrote about this on his Facebook page.

“Now it is my turn to feel how much the New Mail has completely deteriorated and that the attitude towards clients and messages is terrible,” the client wrote.

The man says that he sent his Roland JX8P to the buyer from the OLH and even paid for the packaging to Novaya Pochta so that everything would be fine along the way.

“They knocked off the key and, as it turned out, packed it into a single layer of pimples and a cardboard box, as if it were some kind of clothing, and not fragile equipment.

According to the man, then a real epic began with the writing of a claim.

When he arrived at the department, it turned out that it was necessary to take the original identification number. With the document, the man went again the next day and began to explain that he required the company to pay for a fairly expensive and specific repair.

The client noted that he does not refuse the parcel.

“A week passes – no reaction – I call, I find out that no one has even registered the claim. It takes 3 more days – now it has been registered, but I need to drive up with an identification code, since they do not have it – which is why I reasonably ask where the scan went, which they did in my presence, and let us seek. ”

Two days later, the man was still told that the money should be transferred soon, but the synthesizer at that time had been in the department for more than two weeks and paid storage began.

“Of course, 150 hryvnias dripped for storage, which I immediately inform and ask to cancel, to which they give me consent. I come to pick up, but the payment for storage has not been canceled. But they say that they will call back in an hour and solve this problem.”

They called on the phone only three days later and paid the money for the claim. Then the client came to pick up the tool, but the department staff did not give it back, since he had already received the money, and in addition one of them tripped over the tool lying on the floor.

What did they reply in New mail?

Employees of “Nova Poshta” reacted and promised that the parcel would be handed over.

“But the storage bill has already been charged on the invoice. Please specify the date when you plan to contact the department so that we can forward the request to colleagues and cancel the storage cost.”

However, an outraged customer, who saw a worker tripping over his synthesizer, wanted to completely abandon the package.

Then “New mail” wrote that it would pay compensation in the amount of 7.5 thousand in exchange for the cargo.
