    (ANSA) – TRIESTE, 25 NOV – “Good health” of the traffic in the port of Trieste in the first 10 months of the year.     The decrease in containers (-0.89%), with 632,485 TEU handled, is minimal – explains the Port. Hinterland traffic (direct gateway) increased, + 12.70%, transhipped traffic decreased -23.22%. The containerized traffic of the Ro-Ro line from / to Turkey, on the other hand, maintains a positive trend (+ 30.59%) at 86,314 TEUs.

    “Encouraging” the performance of railway traffic: in the first 10 months of 2021 the Julian airport reached a total of 7,754 trains handled (+ 16.08%), operating almost 1100 more trains compared to the same period in 2020. (ANSA) .
