The minimum wage in Ukraine has increased by 500 hryvnia since December 1. Now it is 6500 UAH.

This is discussed in the document of the law on the state budget for 2021.

Note that the salaries of state employees and business taxes are tied to the minimum wage. And also – the size of ERUs, which is paid at a rate of 22%. Therefore, the minimum size will increase from 1320 to 1430 hryvnia, the maximum size – from 19800 to 21450 hryvnia.

What will happen to the “minimum wage” in 2022

This is the second increase in 2021. As a reminder, from January 1, the minimum wage of Ukrainians is from UAH 5,000. increased to UAH 6,000. In particular, they planned to reach UAH 6,500 in July this year, but the government postponed this to the end of the year. The next increase is scheduled for October 2022.

Against the background of salary increases, expect a series of price hikes

In December, the Internet will rise in price in Ukraine, but the real estate market will stabilize. How about products? Feeds for animals will rise in price, and farmers have to reduce their livestock. Experts associate the rise in prices with energy prices: tariffs for gas and electricity for enterprises.
