A client of “Nova Poshta” complained about an unpleasant situation that happened to her in the department – the workers refused to send boxes of shoes in stretch film and demanded to pack them in a branded box.

The woman wrote about this in the comments to the post of “New mail” on Instagram.

According to her, her family sells shoes over the Internet in order to raise money for the treatment of a relative with oncology, so they are trying to make the packaging as cheap as possible.

“At branch 41 in Zaporozhye, they refuse to accept shoes in their original packaging and stretch film, only pack them on top in a branded box” New mail! “Delivery is very high! Customers refuse parcels!”

In an exclusive commentary “Today,” the employees of “New Mail” assured that shoes in boxes must be additionally packed in stretch film or a bag.

“According to the standard, shoes in a branded box are packed in a package for shipment or in stretch film. It is packed in a box if shoes were brought without a box. This is done in order to protect the cargo during transportation,” Novaya Pochta said.

That is, no need to pack the box into an extra box, regardless of what logos are applied on top.

At the same time, Novaya Pochta promised the indignant woman that the situation was under control and apologized.

“We have passed the information to the head of the department. We will make every effort so that in the future our cooperation is extremely positive,” the woman replied.
