The client of “New mail” complained about the terrible condition of the parcel that was delivered to him.

The man wrote about this on his Facebook page and added that they were soaked in the parcel all 10 packs of washing powder.

“Please comment on the condition of the cargo that came to the client? Did you poison the box with dogs? 10 packs of washing powder were just soaked,” the client writes.

“New mail” reacted and wrote that she was very sorry about what had happened and admitted her guilt.

The staff agreed pay the man compensation and offered to fill in the required claim form.

However, the client reacted rather harshly and refused compensation, since he believes that Novaya Pochta “wants to fence itself off from clients with bureaucratic red tape.”

“All these replies about compensation are just bureaucratic nonsense. Well, for now, I’ll organize a PR for you. Have you tried international transportation there? My partners from Germany, Poland and Moldova have already refused to accept your goods,” the man wrote.

Then the employees of “New mail” offered another option for compensation – two promotional codes for free delivery of the parcel.

Tariffs of “New mail”

From January 1, “Novaya Pochta” changes tariffs for its services and reduces some of them, for example:

• for parcels up to two kg, the price is reduced from 45 to 40 UAH;
• shipments up to 30 kg will cost 80 UAH instead of 100;

The function of delivery of documents within Ukraine is also added and the cost of this service will be 45 UAH with an envelope.

“Today” also told whether “Novaya Pochta” and “Ukrposhta” could refuse to send you a parcel because of the box and how the prices for delivery by “Ukrposhta” will change.
