A client of “New mail” told about an unpleasant story that happened with a package for her son on his birthday. Everything that the grandmother gave the boy was smashed on the road.
The indignant woman wrote a review about this on her Facebook page.
According to the client, she was very annoyingly surprised, as the grandmother gave her grandson gifts, which included 2 dozen homemade eggs and a plastic bucket of honey.
“The parcel was traveling a day. Arrived: 20 eggs, none of them intact – although they were in a plastic container and extra pimples. And a plastic jar of honey crushed in half. Here’s how? What did you do with the parcel to crush the plastic container?” revocation.

Employees of the postal operator immediately responded to the complaint and assured that they wanted to sort it out. For this, the woman was asked for the invoice number.

In the comments, people wrote that Novaya Pochta does not send products such as eggs at all, and in this case the sender and the employee who did not know about the contents of the parcel are to blame.
Tariffs of “New mail” from January 1
The postal operator, in accordance with the decision of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Field of Communications and Informatization, reduces some delivery rates.
Starting from January 1, the delivery of goods within one city and its suburbs will be carried out at the following tariffs:
- for parcels up to 2 kg, the price is reduced from 45 to 40 UAH;
- shipping up to 30 kg will cost 80 UAH instead of 100, this price also includes a commission for the declared value of up to 1000 UAH;
“Ukrposhta” also changes delivery rates, but the postal operator will increase them.
In addition, “Today” sorted out, can “New mail” and “Ukrposhta” refuse to send you a parcel through the box.
