(ANSA) – PADUA, DEC 27 – After a four-year break, in a particularly difficult period for the catering sector, Palladio Holding returns to support the Alajmo group in its future development programs, returning to the capital of the catering group with the purchase of stocks and bonds. This was announced in a note underlining that the Group, in the meantime accompanied by its partner Leeu Collection “who remains close to the family, currently has 14 restaurants, one of which in Marrakech, as well as a centralized production laboratory and 200 employees”.
It was 2010 when Palladio Holding SpA made, for the first time, entry into the capital of Alajmo SpA accompanying the Alajmo family on a growth path that in seven years has brought the Paduan group of restaurants from five to nine places with the openings of Grancaffè & Ristorante Quadri in Piazza San Marco, Caffè Stern in Paris and Amo at the Fondaco dei Tedeschi.
