Malcolm, from Norfolk Tetford, who appeared on the Channel 4 show The Man With a Penis on His, had his penis amputated in 2014 after a blood infection caused it to disintegrate, although his testicles remained intact.
In 2015, doctors revealed that he could get a new arm skin penis transplant with $50,000 in NHS funding.
However, the lack of oxygen in his blood during the operation meant doctors had to abort him midway and put a six-inch penis “temporarily” in his left arm.
The hospital delay, which was followed by the Covid Pandemic, meant that the supplement remained there for six years, making his life miserable.
Viewers were stunned watching last night’s show, in which Malcolm described dropping his penis while shopping and even slapping loved ones in the face when he hugged them.
