After Authorities allowed the sale of alcohol in many regions of the country, we rushed to the shops for the “miraculous elixir” to relieve stress. Drinking alcohol to relax is a delusion. Alcoholic beverages temporarily elevate mood, as the body begins to produce serotonin and dopamine. But, within a few hours after drinking, you will feel even more anxious.

News

From the first minutes of waking up to the last minutes before going to bed, we constantly read the news. Constantly watching the news further increases anxiety and fear, depressed mood and anxiety. Of course, now it is important to be aware of what is happening, but try to set aside a certain time for reading the newsand don’t do it right after waking up and just before bed.

Dream

Get enough sleep if possible. Sleep is able to restore the physical and emotional state. Its lack will lead to depression and poor health.
