Zelenskaya told how to shelter a child left without parents

Every day war separates children from their parents. Some children will forever be left without their mothers and fathers, others will be temporarily, waiting for their return from filtration camps or occupied territories. During the war, adoption is impossible, but there is a way out. Elena Zelenskaya in the Telegram channel said, how to adopt a temporary childwho was left alone.

Use the chat bot “Child is not alone”to help the smallest during the war. It was created by international organizations UNICEF, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and the Office of the President of Ukraine.

A chat bot is relevant for you if you:

• Do you want to temporarily adopt a child?
• They saw a child unattended and intend to report it.
• Looking for a child.

Wanting to adopt a child must be citizens of Ukraine and physically be in a safe place on the territory of Ukraine. They are also required to:

• Guarantees for the safety of the child, given financial assistance, food, clothing, access to health care and education.
• Housing, near which there are no strategic or military installationsand the presence in it of a place for sleeping and resting the child.

Additionally, the chatbot has a tab for foreigners. The application can be filled out only by foreign organizations that are ready to temporarily shelter groups of Ukrainian children.

Currently, Ukrainians have submitted more than 18,000 applicationsto temporarily take in babies. After all, a child should not be alone. I would like to say this about every Ukrainian kid who has now lost his parents, – Elena Zelenskaya noted.
