On May 25, Kalush Orchestra frontman Oleg Psyuk announced the start of the Eurovision Cup auction. Also put up for auction was the legendary pink panama hat. Sergey Prytula, who has his own charitable foundation, helped the team sell symbolic things.
And today it became known who made the biggest donation and became the owner of the trophy. So, the cup went to….Ukrainian cryptocurrency exchange white bitwho gave away for the trophy 900 thousand dollars! This was reported on the Telegram channel “Eurovision Ukraine”.
As for the panama hat, we recall that, according to the conditions, everyone could make a donation in the amount of 200 hryvnias. The more deposits a person made, the more chances there were to win.
In general, 31 thousand people from 56 countries of the world sent their money for panama. The total amount of donations amounted to 11 million hryvnia! As a result Ukrainian Vladimir became the winnerwho lives in the Czech Republic – he made five donations of 200 hryvnia each, that is, he sent 1000 hryvnia.
All funds raised will go to help the Ukrainian army.
