The accident was reported on her Instagram page by Amber Chapkis, the wife of the son of the famous choreographer Gregory Chapkis, Greg. The woman published several pictures of Maxim from the hospital.
The story took place on May 15th. Maxim played in the backyard of the house with his grandfather, Amber’s father. Soon the man got into the car and left for work. The boy decided to ride after his grandfather on a bicycle and catch up with him. According to Amber, her son always wears a helmet, but this time he forgot to do it. The boy decided to overtake his grandfather’s car, but ended up crashing into it.
Fortunately, the baby did not get too serious injuries – Max has no fractures or dislocations, but, unfortunately, there was a deep abrasion.
The wound was so deep that you could see his skull through it. Yes, a skull! Max received 20 stitches, seven staples on the back of his head. He also has a lot of abrasions and wounds on his body from a fall on the road,” Amber said.

Now the boy’s health is not in danger. According to Amber, her son had a great recovery period and went to school in 10 days.
