The Ukrainian artist dedicated his work of art to the Motherland. The singer’s drawing will be shown at an exhibition in Los Angeles

Max Barskikh uses all possible means to help his country. He tours with charity tours, brings the world the truth about the war, and even joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine and renounced his career in Russia, where he was a mega-popular artist.
During a trip to the United States, Max Barskikh was asked to paint a picture dedicated to Ukraine. So, the artist created a picture Colors Of Freedom (“Colors of Liberty”). The canvas became part of an art project by artist Nick Vangard.

A painting by Max Barskikh is shown at the exhibition The LIITA Effect in Los Angeles, along with the work of other artists – Mike Reader, Nyla Opyangi, Gucci Host, Abi Salami, as well as the famous Banksy.
This is just the beginning. There are already ideas for a future series of paintings. During the creation, she managed to become native, like a child. I hope it will find its owner and will give a feeling of freedom and strength,” wrote Barskikh.
The group exhibition The LIITA Effect is presented by the Particle Foundation. It is curated by Daniel Sierra Dominguez and Bailey Swade. By the way, the name of the exhibition is associated with the cult masterpiece of Banksy Love Is In The Air 2003. This is one of the strongest anti-war images of our time.

The exhibition can be visited from 3 to 7 June at 6150 Wilshire Blvd. And the Barsky painting itself can be purchased if desired. Part of the proceeds from the sale will go to humanitarian aid to Ukrainians.
