Last year, a native of the Dnieper Liza Vasilenko moved to Moscow. Then she gave an interview to the YouTube channel “Pushka”, where she stated that “it is better to die in Russia than in Ukraine.” After these words, the girl ended up in the Peacemaker database for participating in information provocations by the aggressor country against Ukraine.
After the start of a full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the artist realized that she had made a big mistake. In an interview with Ramina Eshakzai, Vasilenko explained that she spoke incorrectly then, and this turned out badly against her. But Liza does not make excuses, she is ready to bear responsibility for what was said.
I’m ashamed, I suffered a certain hatred. This tail has been trailing me for a year. I understood the whole essence of that phrase only when it began (war. – Ed.). I’m sorry, I’m ashamed and sorry. My priorities have changed a lot. I am already a different Lisa, not the one that was a year ago, but with other thoughts, concepts. We all make mistakes, but I am ready to be punished if necessary, the blogger said.
Liza Vasilenko also explained that while in the Russian Federation after February 24, she went to anti-war rallies, from where she posted a video on Instagram so that her followers could see what was happening.
I gave up everything: money, advertising in the Russian Federation. Everything disappeared for me when the war started. Never again,” she said.
Soon Liza Vasilenko decided to fly from Russia to Turkey. She recalls taking about $8,000 with her.
Moreover, Vasilenko admitted to Ramina that she created OnlyFans (a service where people provide exclusive and different content for a paid subscription. – Red). There the girl earns money. She sends some of her earnings to volunteers.
Lisa’s parents are in the Dnieper. According to her, they do not plan to go anywhere yet and “until the last they will be in Ukraine.” The artist herself has already managed to live in France and Spain, and is now in the Czech Republic.
