Leading TV channel “Ukraine” sang
To create a track the soldiers of the information front of the channel “Ukraine” also joined. Presenters Vladimir Ostapchuk and Alexei Sukhanov sang along with showbiz stars.
“Creating this song, I felt uplifted, proud and united. And also the drive from the fact that we are the best nation on the planet. There is a whole whirlpool of emotions in the song: pain, resistance, anger and love, and love always wins. Therefore, the song is my vision of the world: I am Ukrainian, and Ukraine is freedom and love,” TV presenter Volodymyr Ostapchuk said.
As we reported, the premiere date was not chosen by chance (June 23): namely today the European Union decided on the candidate status for Ukraine. And it is for peace in all of Europe that the Ukrainians are fighting the Russian invasion today.
Children from Ukraine and Poland sang together
Over 250 children from Ukraine and Poland took part in the video for the song “Chervona Kalina”. The premiere on Polish television and the network was preceded by a competition, to which viewers of the music channel 4FUN KIDS sent fragments of the recorded song. The March of the Sich Riflemen, which became popular all over the world, was translated into Polish so that Polish children could sing in their native language. The Ukrainian children participating in the clip are, in particular, orphans who were sheltered by the center in the Polish town of Ossa. The project was initiated and supported Polsat Foundationwhich has been helping children from Ukrainian orphanages since the first days of the war.
